Akira Kurosawa it's in many ways one of my favorite filmmakers ever, and when i saw this movie i was on the brink of suicide, my life had no meaning...and then....
Ikiru came to my life in the right time.
The main character goes through the same thing i was going through, so i was deeply touched, and it made realize how beautiful life is...
In terms of the character, is Mr. Watanabe, if you guys have seen this movie i don't know about you, but i was shocked by Mr. Takashi Shimura's performance, so sad...yet so touching...so i wanted to get my hands on this character...hope you guys like it...And i highly reccomend most Kurosawa's films!!!
